amenzii aplicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen lumina celor de mai sus, este recomandabil pentru societ\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti s\u0103 implementeze <strong><em>programe efective de conformitate \u0219i anti-mit\u0103<\/em><\/strong> ce reprezint\u0103 at\u00e2t criterii importante de atragere a business-ului global c\u00e2t \u0219i circumstan\u021be de atenuare a riscurilor derivate dintr-o
