Luisa Mendez – Guzman is a Romanian-qualified lawyer in our Bucharest office. She is a Member of the Bucharest Bar and also of the Romanian National Chamber of Industrial Property. She is a certified Procurement Expert.

She specialises in intellectual property law, advising clients in various industries on trademark rights, design rights and copyright and related rights matters, as well as pharmaceutical industry. She is highly experienced and has acquired extensive expertise with respect to domain names and in all IP matters on trademark rights, design rights, copyright and related rights matters, as well as in IT, media, e-commerce and advertising. She also provides extensive advice to clients in the field of healthcare and pharmaceutical legislation.

Luisa has also advised international companies in relation to commercial matters in various sectors (including oil & gas companies, global banking and financial services company, pharmaceutical producers) and assisted client in cross-border enforcement procedures.
