Petar Kulenski is a Bulgarian-qualified lawyer in our Sofia office.

Petar specializes in litigation and dispute resolution. His experience includes legal representation of clients in the insurance, environment, maritime and energy sectors, including legal representation of foreign investors in disputes with state authorities. Petar has the ability to build dispute resolution strategies and outstanding skills in handling multiparty lawsuits.

Petar also provides commercial legal advice to clients in various sectors, including transport and logistics, courier services, banking, insurance, engineering and infrastructure, foods, cosmetics and home care, where he assists on daily basis multinational companies present on the Bulgarian market.

A member of the Sofia Bar, Petar is a graduate of the Sofia University (Master of Laws, 2010) and also holds a master degree in Finance.

Petar is fluent in English, German and Bulgarian.

Aseniya Stratieva is a lawyer and member of Sofia Bar Association and is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

Aseniya has experience in corporate law and intellectual property, advising food and cosmetic international company, sport clubs and art non-profit organizations on both complex and day-to-day matters. She also advises on different aspects of establishment, operation and dissolution of companies and is involved in the team dealing with employment and litigation. Hristo Hristov is a Bulgarian-qualified lawyer in our Sofia office.

He has broad experience in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. He deals with complex high-value disputes, providing advice from early stage strategic input to representing clients in court proceedings. He also assists Clients in cross-border enforcement procedures. Hristo has particular experience in energy (generation, transmission, and distribution), maritime and insurance disputes in Bulgaria.

Hristo also provides insightful and effective legal services in the field of corporate and commercial law. He advises Clients at every stage of a company’s development across the full spectrum of corporate finance and governance issues such as incorporation and restructuring of companies, as well as groups of companies, their capitalization and administration, merger, division and dissolution of companies, management of commercial aspects in due diligence.

Hristo is also experienced in handling all types and stages of real estate transactions. He advises Clients on development and planning, projects and construction, investment, corporate occupation, loan workouts, tax, finance, structuring and joint ventures, and complex real estate mergers and acquisitions.

He is a Member of the Sofia Bar and also holds a second degree of professional qualification in Accounting.

Antonia Peeva is a Bulgarian-qualified lawyer in our Sofia office. She is a Member of the Sofia Bar.

Antonia specialises in employment, mergers & acquisition and corporate law, handling complex management restructuring, remuneration and incentive policies, mergers, divisions and dissolutions. She has also extensive experience in competition, having advised major European companies on complaints of alleged unlawful state aids, anticompetitive agreements and abuse of dominant market position.

She also assists Bulgarian and international clients from various economic sectors, dealing with all aspects of companies’ existence, including commercial contracts, finance, real estate, personal data and regulatory issues. Antonia has also an extensive expertise in energy projects where she was numerously involved in the team advising foreign investors on their acquisition and sale of wind and solar projects.

Antonia has also advised multinational companies in food, cosmetic, home-care industry and courier, transport and logistic services, including on specific matters of promotion, marketing, advertising and customs issues.

Antonia is fluent in Bulgarian and English and she has also good knowledge in French.

Daniela Savova is the Secretary-Receptionist in our office in Sofia.

Daniela is a graduate of the New Bulgarian University, Faculty of Public Administration and provides administrative support to our team of lawyers and to clients. She has extensive experience as administrative assistant.

Daniela is fluent in Bulgarian and English.

 

Miruna Enache is a trainee lawyer and member of the Bar in our Bucharest office. She is fluent in Romanian and English and is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest and of the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne. Miruna also holds a Master’s degree in International and European Commercial Affairs from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne.

She provides legal assistance during the negotiation of complex real estate agreements, prepares drafts for share and land sale/purchase agreements, commercial leases, agreements creating ownership dismemberments. Corporate documents (shareholder / director resolutions, constitutive documents, etc) are also prepared by Miruna.

She is also an experienced researcher and assistant in matters including Romanian litigation, EU case-law, and anti-bribery & corruption measures. Much of this work requires Miruna to be in touch with public authorities, notaries and other third parties.
