Mirela Cogean este secretară-recepționistă în biroul nostru din București.

Mirela a absolvit Universitatea “Ștefan cel Mare” din Suceava, Facultatea de Administrație Publică și prestează activități de sprijin administrativ echipei noastre de avocați și clienților.

Este cu noi de mai bine de zece ani și are experiență în asistarea clienților în aspectele complexe ale desfășurării afacerilor în România.

Laura s-a alăturat Firmei la începutul anului 2000 și a parcurs drumul de la recepționist la asistent office manager. S-a dovedit a fi un excelent comunicator, care reușește să transmită în mod eficient informații verbale și în scris, dă prioritate sarcinilor importante, are soluții inovatoare în rezolvarea problemelor. Are cunoștințe de calculator și este expertă în numeroase aplicații pentru calculator. Și-a demonstrat talentul în a furniza sprijin administrativ cuprinzător și confidențial.

Laura răspunde de monitorizarea și înregistrarea cheltuielilor precum și de generarea rapoartelor către clienți. Îl ajută de asemenea pe office manager și pe parteneri în conducerea Firmei, ocupându-se inclusiv de plăți și alte relații cu banca și furnizorii.

Laura a absolvit Universitatea din București – Limba și Literatura Română, vorbește fluent limba română și limba engleză și este traducător autorizat cu o înțelegere profundă a terminologiei și procedurilor juridice.

Mirela Cogean is the Secretary-Receptionist in our office in Bucharest.

Mirela is a graduate of the University “Stefan cel Mare” Suceava, Faculty of Public Administration and provides administrative support activities to our team of lawyers and to clients.

Having been with us for almost ten years, she has extensive experience of assisting clients with the complexities of doing business in Romania.

 

Laura joined the Firm in early 2000 and travelled the road from receptionist to assistant office manager. She proved to be an exceptional communicator, who will effectively convey information verbally and in writing, prioritizes important tasks, has innovative solutions to solving problems. She is computer-literate and proficient in a variety of computer applications. She has also demonstrated her talent to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support.

Laura is responsible for monitoring and recording expenditures and generating reports for clients. She also supports our office manager and the partners in the running of the Firm, including dealing with payments and other relationships with the bank and suppliers.

Laura is a graduate of the University of Bucharest – Romanian Language and Literature, she is fluent in Romanian and English and is a qualified authorised translator with a thorough understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

 

Cristina Popa is the Office Manager of our office in Bucharest and is also a Romanian / English translator authorised by the Ministry of Justice.

She joined the firm some eighteen years ago, having previously worked for a foreign embassy in Bucharest. She is experienced in dealing with people at all levels and organises the daily administrative work of our firm in Romania in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Clients who are setting up businesses in Romania have also benefitted from her extensive experience.

Cristina is a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunication University. She is familiar with the technical and scientific terminology in many areas and fields.
