We are a friendly team where lawyers are expected and encouraged to develop their legal knowledge, technical skills and commercial awareness. Our lawyers are also expected to take advantage of working with colleagues from other countries to broaden their commercial and professional skills.

All members of our team are expected to deal with clients and are encouraged to take up appropriate opportunities to develop the business of the firm.

We place particular importance on our lawyers working as members of a harmonious team to best serve our clients’ interests. Our clients are clients of the firm and not of any single lawyer.

As lawyers, we are in the knowledge business. All of our staff are therefore expected to use information technology (hardware and software) efficiently to ensure that our clients receive the best service.

We welcome enquiries from lawyers qualified in Romania or Bulgaria, and also from students intending to become lawyers in those countries.

Since English is the working language of the majority of our clients, letters of application and CVs should be sent to us in the English language.
