Our Managing partner and the new appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce, Neil McGregor, moderated on 14.11.2018 the Business Power Breakfast on Data Protection & Sharing envisaging the exit of UK from European Union, hosted by KPMG in Romania. The conclusion of the meeting was that although UK intends to maintain the GDPR standards, it is an open matter to discussion the transfer of data from EU to UK once it becomes third party, but not from UK to EU.
